Guidelines for sending photos to the General House for the website fssp.org and for the Archives:
1. Send the photos by e-mail to webmaster@fssp.org in an attachment.
2. Send between 5 to 20 for photos from any given event or from the apostolate itself, camps, pilgrimages, etc.
3. Avoid sending the photos by CD via the post unless it holds only a selection of photos (not more than 20 for a given event or 100 for the course of the year).
4. The size of the image should not be too small (not less than (800x600 pixels or 30ko) so that the photo can eventually be used in printed documents and to be conserved in the archive.
5. The following indications should be sent in the message to which the photos are attached : place, date, name of the parish, camp, or pilgrimage, etc.
6. If necessary, indicate into which album the photos should be placed (cf. www.fssp.org/en/photos.htm).
7. Do not change the name of the photo (which allows them to be listed in order automatically), but simply add in the message the captions you desire for particular photos.
OR
Rename the photos with the desired caption as the name of the file but always begin this with the number given to the photo so that it can be ordered chronologically. The name of the file should not normally contain accents of punctuation marks.
Child Protection: It is presumed that those who send to the site photos of minors have the permission of their parents.
Property: Unless explicitly noted to the contrary, the photos which are addressed to the site are considered free to be used by the FSSP.

Quelques règles pour envoyer des photos à la Maison Générale pour le site fssp.org et les archives
1. envoyer les photos par email à webmaster@fssp.org en pièce jointe ;
2. envoyer entre 5 et 20 photos pour un évènement ou la vie de la communauté, un camp, un pèlerinage, etc. ;
3. éviter d’envoyer des CD par la poste ou seulement avec une sélection de photos (pas plus de 20 pour un évènement ou 100 pour l’année) ;
4. la taille des clichés ne doit pas être trop petite (pas moins de 800x600 pixels ou 30ko) pour que la photo puisse éventuellement servir pour illustrer un document imprimé mais également pour la conservation en archive ;
5. préciser dans le mail : le lieu, la date, le nom de la paroisse, du camp, du pèlerinage, etc.
6. préciser si nécessaire dans quel album les photos doivent être placées (cf. www.fssp.org/fr/photos.htm) ;
7. ne pas modifier le nom de la photo (ce qui permet de les classer automatiquement) mais ajouter éventuellement dans le mail des légendes pour certaines photos ;
OU
renommer les photos avec une légende comme nom de fichier mais en commençant toujours par un n° qui permet de les trier dans l’ordre chronologique. Le nom de fichier ne doit normalement pas contenir d’accents ou de signes de ponctuation ;
Protection de l’enfance : il est présumé que la personne qui nous adresse des photos de mineurs a obtenu l’accord de leurs parents.
Propriété : sauf mention contraire, les photos qui nous sont adressées sont libres de droit pour leur emploi par la FSSP.

Einige Regeln für das Versenden von Photos an das Generalhaus für Internetseite „fssp.org“ und Archiv :
1. Die Photos per eMail an folgenden Adresse webmaster@fssp.org schicken.
2. Zwischen 5 und 20 Photos pro Ereignis (Freizeit, Wallfahrt, Pfarreileben, ...)
3. Photo-CDs nur dann mit der Post schicken, wenn sich eine entsprechend kleine Bilderauswahl auf der CD befindet (nicht mehr als 20 Bilder pro Ereignis und nicht mehr als 100 im Jahr)
4. Die Größe der Bilder sollte nicht zu klein sein (nicht weniger als 800x600 pixel), damit die Photos evtl. auch gedruckt und in ausreichender Qualität archiviert werden können.
5. Die eMail mit den Bildern sollte folgende Angaben enthalten: Ort, Datum, Name der Niederlassung oder des Priesters, Name des Lagers, der Wallfahrt, ...
6. Wenn nötig, bitt auch angeben, in welcher Sparte die Fotos platziert werden sollen (siehe: www.fssp.org/de/photos.htm)
7. Bitte nicht die Bezeichnung der Fotos ändern, damit diese automatisch geordnet werden können. Man kann evtl. eine Legende für einige Fotos anfügen.
ODER
Änderung der Fotobezeichnung, wobei der Name des einzelnen Bildes immer mit einer Nummer beginnt, entsprechend der gewünschten Reihenfolge. Die Namen dürfen keine Akzente oder sonstige Interpunktionszeichen beinhalten.
Schutz der Kinder: Es wird vorausgesetzt, daß Fotos von Kindern mit dem Einverständnis deren Eltern an das Generalhaus geschickt werden.
Eigentum: Falls nicht anders erwähnt, können die Fotos von der Priesterbruderschaft St. Petrus frei verwendet werden.
