Denton, Nebraska - 18 mars 2008 - Le vendredi, 30 mai, 2008, fête du Sacré-Cœur, quatre séminaristes seront ordonnés prêtres pour la Fraternité Sacerdotale Saint-Pierre par Son Eminence le Cardinal Dario Castrillon Hoyos, Président de la Commission Pontificale Ecclesia Dei. L'ordination aura lieu dans la Cathédrale du "Risen Christ" (le Christ Ressucité), dans le diocèse Lincoln, Nebraska et sera diffusée en direct sur EWTN à 11:00 am (EST).

Denton, Nebraska – 18. März 2008 – Am Freitag, den 30. Mai 2008, dem Herz-Jesu-Fest, werden vier Männer durch die Hände S. Em. Dario Kardinal Castrillon Hoyos (Präsident der päpstlichen Kommission „Ecclesia Dei“) für die Priesterbruderschaft St. Petrus zu Priestern geweiht. Die Weihe wird in der Kathedrale „Risen Christ“ in der Diözese Lincoln, Nebraska gespendet und im Fernsehen auf EWTN ab 11 Uhr direkt übertragen.
Die Priesterbruderschaft St. Petrus
Im Jahr 1988 wurde die Priesterbruderschaft St. Petrus durch Papst Johannes Paul II. errichtet. Sie ist eine internationale Bruderschaft katholischer Priester, der die überlieferten liturgischen lateinischen Traditionen anvertraut wurden. Mehr als 120 Seminaristen bereiten sich derzeit in zwei gemeinschaftseigenen Seminaren vor. Ein Seminar befindet sich in Bayern in Deutschland, das andere in den USA in Denton, Nebraska.
